The Case of the Flash Crash; or, Forensic Reperformance In Deep Time". Here Gerald's information in German: "Gerald Nestler bereitet gerade einen Text vor, der im Februar in der Publikation FORENSIS: The Architecture of Public Truth, Sternberg Press, erscheinen wird, welche die gleichnamige Ausstellung im Haus der Kulturen der Welt (kuratiert von Anselm Franke) in Berlin begleitet. Sein Beitrag, Mayhem in Mawhaw. The Case of the Flash Crash; or, Forensic Reperformance In Deep Time beschäftigt sich konkret mit dem ersten Börsencrash, der von Algorithmen verursacht wurde sowie der Problematik seiner Analyse. In ihrem Verlauf stand nicht nur der Hochfrequenzhandel per se auf der Prüfstand, es gerieten vielmehr auch politische Aspekte einer technologisch-informierten Logistik der Regulierung in die Kritik. Da der Text auf englisch ist wird der Vortrag ebenfalls auf englisch gehalten."
