The same drama from slightly further away. Actually, Richard was quite brave and back to his chirpy old self soon after. The only thing which I still don't undrestand: when I last time said that I had 'slipped up in the bathroom' that was not really the full truth. So maybe there is a yet unknown background to this incicdent.

This is what Dr. Richard Barbrook looked like at the end of his speaking tour in Austria. After speaking in Vienna on Wednesday 25 he went to Graz where he gave his talk at the Elevate festival. And the Elevate festival is also quite a big music festival. So Dr. Richard indulged a bit, we can only assume. When I took him to his designer hotel at 3.30 am he seemed okay. Then the next day I got a call being told that the good Dr. was at the hospital and needed stitches to his forehead. Later he claimed to have slipped while taking a shower in the bathtub.

The meat on the left is Tafelspitz for which my dictionary only gives a translation of prime beef boiled. This you can find everywhere in eastern Austria. But the more important part is the pumpkin stew here as a side dish which makes a good main meal by itself. This style of Styrian Pumpkin I love and it was cooked for me by my mother on 45th birthday.
I didn't have the chance to ask her for a detailed recipe, so for the time being take this one
