This light post is located on the opposite side of the park from the Civic Centre. Close to a busy road, we decided to drop it as a node.

this node could relate to the composer Isaac Watts http://www.thenextlayer.org/node/86 whose statue is in the middle of the park, halfway between this node and node 01. howver, there is nothing really compelling about that. there need ot be other references as well to justify this node.
