The visibility was quite poor at 2-3 metres and any unnecessary movement with the legs, kicked up silt that obscured the person next to you. I can honestly say that I was a little nervous, and occupied my mind with the intricacies of varied life that was abundant on the reef at this depth. The dive site was Loch Creran, a specific area of conservation (SAC) between Oban and Appin on the West coast of Scotland.
http://tnl-6.local/node/769#comments The Gleaners Water buoyancy depth diving pressure sea-loch silt visibility Waves Mon, 01 Dec 2008 20:17:36 +0000 Lindsay 769 at http://tnl-6.local Second Fins... http://tnl-6.local/node/741
... as a rite of passage.

http://tnl-6.local/node/741#comments English Water breath depth diving pressure saturation SCUBA Waves Sat, 22 Nov 2008 15:02:13 +0000 Lindsay 741 at http://tnl-6.local Second Fins http://tnl-6.local/node/740 http://tnl-6.local/node/740#comments Research Water being breath depth diving fins free-dive movement underwater Waves Sat, 22 Nov 2008 14:57:57 +0000 Lindsay 740 at http://tnl-6.local
